CMBI

The Commercial Marine Biology Institute, L.L.C. (CMBI) is designing and implementing the ultimate business model to fight hunger, poverty, and environmental destruction. The key to CMBI's success will be the profitability of ecologically beneficial aqua farming of a wide array of indigenous seafood at sites around the world.

CMBI’s aqua farms will create vibrant, self-sustaining communities. The pilot project is Abalone Farming International, L.L.C. (AFI), a land-based abalone farm located on the Pacific coast of Baja California, Mexico. The second project is the oyster, mussel and crab farm at Robbers Passage, northwest of Vancouver, Canada, that initiates a joint venture with a Canadian partner and nearby First Nations communities.
